About Deenbandhu Chhotu Ram University of Science and Technology

Deenbandhu Chhotu Ram University of Science and Technology (DCRUST) is a state technical university located at Murthal, Sonepat in Haryana, established in 2006 by the DCRUST Act, 2006 of the Haryana Legislative Assembly. The university is named after Deenbandhu Chhotu Ram — a noted social reformer and freedom fighter from undivided Punjab — and is dedicated to engineering, technology, management and applied sciences.

DCRUST offers UG (B.Tech, BBA, BCA), PG (M.Tech, MBA, MCA) and Ph.D programmes through 7 faculties and 15 departments. B.Tech admission is through JEE Main + HSTES counselling; M.Tech admission requires GATE; MBA admission accepts CAT / CMAT.
