Baddi University of Emerging Sciences and Technology (BUEST) is a state private university located at Makhnumajra, Baddi in Solan district of Himachal Pradesh, established in 2009 by the BUEST Act, 2009 of the HP Legislative Assembly. The university is part of the Baddi Educational Society and is positioned as a multi-disciplinary private university with strong engineering, pharmacy, management and sciences programmes.

BUEST offers UG (B.Tech, B.Pharm, BBA, BCA, B.Sc), PG (M.Tech, M.Pharm, MBA, MCA, M.Sc) and Ph.D programmes. B.Tech via JEE Main / BUEST Entrance; MBA via CAT / MAT / CMAT / BUEST Entrance; M.Pharm via GPAT.
