About Jaypee University of Information Technology

Jaypee University of Information Technology (JUIT) is a deemed-to-be university located at Waknaghat, Solan in Himachal Pradesh, established in 2002 by the JIIT Foundation and conferred deemed-to-be university status in 2004. JUIT is the flagship of the Jaypee Group of Educational Institutions and is positioned as a research-intensive private engineering university with strong focus on CSE, IT, electronics, biotechnology and chemical engineering.

JUIT offers UG (B.Tech in CSE, IT, ECE, BT, ChE, M.Tech Integrated), PG (M.Tech, MBA, M.Sc) and Ph.D programmes. B.Tech admission via JEE Main + JUIT counselling; M.Tech via GATE; MBA via CAT / MAT.
