About KSGH Music and Performing Arts University

Karnataka State Dr. Gangubai Hangal Music and Performing Arts University (KSGHMPAU) is a state performing-arts university located at Mysuru in Karnataka, established in 2009 by the Karnataka Legislative Assembly. The university is named after the legendary Hindustani vocalist Padma Vibhushan Gangubai Hangal and is dedicated to teaching, research and performance in music, dance, drama and folk arts.
