About Karnataka State Rural Development and Panchayat Raj University

Karnataka State Rural Development and Panchayat Raj University (KSRDPRU) is a state university located at Gadag in Karnataka, established in 2016 by the KSRDPRU Act, 2016 of the Karnataka Legislative Assembly. KSRDPRU is India's first university dedicated entirely to rural development, panchayat raj and decentralised governance.

KSRDPRU offers UG (BA Rural Studies), PG (MA Rural Development, MA Panchayat Raj, MBA Rural Management), Diploma, PG Diploma and Ph.D programmes. UG admission via CUET UG / merit; PG via KSRDPRU PG Entrance or CUET PG.
