About Nrupathunga University

Nrupathunga University is a state university located at Palace Road, Bengaluru in Karnataka, established in 2020 by the Karnataka Legislative Assembly through the upgradation of Government Science College (Autonomous), founded in 1865. Named after the Rashtrakuta emperor Nrupathunga (Amoghavarsha I), the university is known for its strong sciences focus.
