About University of Horticultural Sciences

University of Horticultural Sciences (UHS), Bagalkot is a state horticultural university located at Bagalkot in Karnataka, established in 2008 (notified 2010) by the UHS Act, 2008 of the Karnataka Legislative Assembly. UHS Bagalkot is India's premier horticultural university for the Deccan region.

UHS offers UG (B.Sc Horti), PG (M.Sc Horti) and Ph.D programmes across pomology, vegetable science, floriculture & landscape architecture, post-harvest technology, plant pathology and entomology. UG admission via KCET + KEA counselling (state quota) and ICAR AIEEA UG (15% AIQ); PG via ICAR AIEEA PG.
