Padmashree Dr. DY Patil Vidyapeeth Navi Mumbai, established in 1989 as a medical college and declared a Deemed-to-be University in 2002 under the UGC Act, is a private deemed university located at Sector 7, Nerul, Navi Mumbai. The university is part of the Dr. DY Patil Group (founded by Padmashree Dr. Dnyandeo Yashwantrao Patil) — one of the largest private education groups in Maharashtra with medical, dental, engineering, management and allied institutions across the state.

Padmashree DPU Navi Mumbai has six faculties — Medicine, Dentistry, Nursing, Physiotherapy, Biotechnology & Bioinformatics, and Hospitality & Tourism Management.
