About Bikaner Technical University

Bikaner Technical University (BTU), established in 2017 by an Act of the Rajasthan state legislature, is a state technological university located at Bikaner. BTU is the second state technological university of Rajasthan (after RTU Kota) and serves the western Rajasthan desert region. The university was created to address the technical higher education needs of the Bikaner-Ganganagar-Hanumangarh-Churu region.

BTU has University Departments at Bikaner offering B.Tech, M.Tech and PhD programmes. The university affiliates engineering and pharmacy colleges across western Rajasthan. Recognised by AICTE and UGC.
