About Mewar University

Mewar University, established in 2008 by an Act of the Rajasthan state legislature, is a private state university located at NH-79, Gangrar, Chittorgarh district. The university is named after the historic Mewar kingdom of southern Rajasthan (the seat of Sisodia Rajputs). Mewar University has expanded into multiple campuses and is one of the larger private universities in Rajasthan.

Mewar University has multiple schools — Engineering & Technology, Pharmacy, Sciences, Computer Applications, Management, Education, Law, Architecture, Commerce, Mass Communication, Hotel Management and Health Sciences.
