Madhav University, established in 2014 by an Act of the Rajasthan state legislature, is a private state university located at Pindwara-Abu Road, Bharja Village, Sirohi district, Rajasthan. The university is positioned to serve the Sirohi-Pali-Jalore region of south-western Rajasthan.

Madhav University has multiple schools — Engineering & Technology, Pharmacy, Sciences, Computer Applications, Management, Education, Law, Commerce and Mass Communication. Offers UG, PG, Diploma and PhD programmes. Recognised by UGC under Section 2(f).
