About Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University

Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University Hyderabad (JNTUH), established in 1972 as Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University and later trifurcated in 2008 (Hyderabad, Anantapur, Kakinada), is the state technological university of Telangana. Headquartered at Kukatpally, Hyderabad, JNTUH is an affiliating-and-examining technological university for all engineering, pharmacy, architecture and management colleges in Telangana state (post-bifurcation from united Andhra Pradesh in 2014).

JNTUH has University Departments at the Hyderabad campus offering B.Tech, M.Tech and PhD programmes directly. JNTUH affiliates 200+ engineering and 100+ pharmacy/management colleges across Telangana.
